RSVP Wording for Sit Down Dinner

LavenderJoy, on June 23, 2014 at 9:58 AM Posted in Planning 1 8

Are your having or did you have a sit down dinner for your reception? How did you word the RSVP? I don't why but I keep getting pretty frazzled with trying to word my RSVP. I know I do want the " X seats have been reserved in your honor". But how do your word the options of food guests have to choose from? I know it shouldn't be this hard but I think I'm over thinking it wayyyyyy to much!

    This is what I did:

    My RSVP card

My inner envelopes which inform who is invited.

ETA: Im not sure on my RSVP date yet. That's more of a place holder at the moment.

This isn't my invitation but this is pretty similar to what a friend sent out for her invitations. I thought it was pretty simple. The invitation we sent back had a cow, chicken, fish and a carrot on it.

Ours is sit down but the vegetarian option and beef are on the same plate. People with dietary restrictions just need to ask their server for their options. We have printed little menus for each table.

Very cute Koch Bride! I like the cow, fish and carrot idea.
