HELP! I made my website and just sent it to my bridesmaids to test it out and I have all of their names on my guest list in the app. But when they all got to RSVP it says “0 guest matching this name” I deleted all the groups it made for me and just made one called “guest list” so I don’t know if that messed it up but I don’t know how to make it work so they can RSVP

    Just my take, but I ended up using The Knot for my wedding website cause a lot of people had trouble with the RSVP on here! Still love weddingwire for everything else though!

    I'm not using WW for RSVP, but make sure the name they type is exactly the same as on your guest list. I heard that was an issue for some people. Like if you have Alexandra listed on your guest list website, but your friend goes by Alex, make sure she RSVPs as Alexandra.

    This is very frustrating is there any solution to this? Its too late for me to change website RSVP because my wedding invitations have already been printed. This is so upsetting, I sent an email to help@weddingwire.com and as of yet i have not received a response, this is such a let down.

    They told me how it fix it! It was something that I did on my end,I emailed the support team and they helped me!
