My FS and I have started planning the big day, I’m wondering how soon I should be sending out the RSVP’s we aren’t getting married until August 14th of 2025 but I’m wanting to get a head start since we are doing a micro wedding, we will only be having around 30 people there and I want to get a headcount so how soon is too soon😂 thank you in advance!

It's really wwwwaaaaayyyyy too soon. If you want to do save the dates, those usually go out 6-9 months before, any earlier and people get confused about what year etc. Formal invitations go out 6-8 weeks before, with RSVP's due about 2 weeks before the caterer needs the final numbers.

For now, enjoy being engaged, and tie down things like the budget, and where you would like to get married and during what time of year. Congrats!
