Here's my question though, do I need to add anything else? What if I reserve 5 seats but only 3 of that family of 5 can attend? Do I need to add a box of number attending AFTER I stated how many seats are reserved?

For those who wrote their guests' names, what if only 1 out of the 2 can come? How do they mark who would be coming?

We have a very small guest list so idk if this would for for you but I'm ordering enough RSVP card for each guest & filling in the names for them and putting as many as are invited in the invitation. My sister will get one with her & her fiance's name bc they're invited as a couple, but FH's 3 best friend who are brothers & live with their mom will get one invite & 3 separate RSVP cards with each name pre-written so there is no confusion. It's also helpful bc if only one were in a serious relationship there wouldn't be confusion over who got the guest & who didn't. Granted etiquette would say I should send each a sep invite but they are FH's friends & he didn't even want to mail invites. I had to argue to get him to understand u can't just call ur friends & tell them what time a wedding is.

On what sites can you buy these response cards that state "we have reserved __ seats in your honor"? Thanks everyone.

Where can I get cards with a template like this?

All the sites I’ve seen don’t let you change the layout to include this.
