You Can Indicate On The RSVP Page That If They Are Bringing A Guest, To Tell You In The Message Box How Many And Their Names. Once They Do That You Can Go Back In And Add Them Manually.

I would ask your husband to write their names down for you so you can add them.

Unfortunately, this is more of a friends of the family situation and my husband doesn't know all of their names. Their culture has different ways to spell even the names I am familiar with. His mom has a very hard time spelling in English since she came to America in her 20s.

It's too bad you can't have the option for people to add themselves.

Hi Nicole! Currently, guests need to be added to your Guest List to appear in any RSVP searches. If you are unsure of spelling, it may be helpful to only use a first or last name and let guests know to try to search for just that name.
