So our due date is this Friday and the declines are rolling in. Just a suggestion to people of an idea that works if you don't want to chase as many individuals after the date passes... I personal messaged on FB the remaining people who didn't RSVP from my side of the family/friends a reminder they are due this Friday. I received three RSVPs on the spot (one my cousin and her family, the other the flower girl (obviously attending) and her parents, and a decline from my friend in FL - was a little salty about this one). Ironically, my bridal party and their SO's are a lot of what's left from my side lol.
My FH messaged his military buddies/friends and we received maaaany declines from them. Even though most of these people probably won't send back the RSVPs as well (unless they want to make a crappy song suggestion like majority of the other guests did lol), wasting a couple stamps really isn't all that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things if many declined.
