I automatically think red and green since it's Christmas. As for decor, I think of pine cones, wood stumps, and mini Christmas trees. I've included some ideas for below. For food, I think comfort foods like what you'd eat at Thanksgiving/Christmas time so like mashed potatoes with gravy, ham, turkey, stuffing, mac and cheese, and green bean casserole. Some fun drinks you could serve would be egg nog, hot chocolate, hot cider, coffee and warm tea. Red was one of our wedding colors so our signature drink that was served during cocktail hour was a red sangria so something red a fun red signature drink would be cool.

I immediately thought of a dark hunter green and gold!

Probably anything that reminds me of the forest in the winter

Rustic Christmas reminds me of forest greens, dark reds, cream and gold. Lots of pine, wood textures, cranberries or pomegranates, fake snow, candles/lanterns. That would be gorgeous!

Food can be anything you want. Rib eye with mashed potatoes and/or turkey with dressing. Or skip the turkey if you are over it and go with a cranberry orange chicken.
Hot cocoa/spiced cider bar (alcohol optional) is a must. There are some pretty bar setups on Pinterest.

I didn’t think of dark hunter green and gold. I think that would look really good with a little bit of red and white.

Or, if you wanted to keep it more muted/moody/trendy, instead of red and white you could do deep wine and cream

I like these colors a mixture of red, green, blue, and white. They are so pretty. I only think of red, gold, silver, and lime green when it comes to Christmas colors.

Definitely wouldn't think lime green, but gold and silver would be very pretty.

I have thought about just doing gold and silver but I saw it together and it needs just a pop of color.

Thanks, and I think that all look good together I just don't know which one to choose because they are all such good colors together. How can I figure out which one to choose?

Does your fiance have a preference? Of all of them I prefer hunter green and burgundy. I would probably have either silver or gold as an accent color, but that's just me.

He likes all of them too. So we can’t decide, but I think that would look good with some silver accents.
