Sad over missed photo ops. Its ruining my memories.

Honestly I think you are overthinking this. I've been to one wedding where they did the table dash and it looked tiring. The last thing I would've wanted to do is feel raced to run to each table. Also I don't understand what you even mean about a photographer during cocktail. Did you want them to take pictures of your guests just standing there drinking and talking? That seems like a waste of money to me. As for a big group photo, I could see where that might be nice to have but trying to coordinate that seems tricky. I'd worry so someone might have step outside to use the bathroom or smoke (if you have guests that smoke) or just simply didn't want to be part of the picture.

Your wedding is done. There will always be something you wish you hadn’t done, wish you had done, or wished you thought of. That’s just normal. But dwelling on what you didn’t do just makes you unhappy. The next time you see some fun thing you wish you’d done at your wedding, stop and take a moment to remember what you loved about your wedding and, more importantly, what you love about your marriage.
