Sandals Wedding?

Marissa, on August 27, 2020 at 10:15 PM Posted in Planning 1 5
Was wondering if anyone for the US has gotten married on a sandals resort. Due to the recent circumstances, our big wedding got canceled and are thinking of just getting married on our honeymoon with just us two. Any information would be nice.

Didn't get married there but we were going to have our honeymoon there (postponed so that it is after the big wedding). If you are still planning to go for your honemoon this year anyway and anticipate not many other people being able to attend , I say go for it. They staff sounds super nice and helpful anytime I've had questions, and we probably would have eloped there ourselves if not for each of us having big families who would have been mad at us for doing so.

Our friends got married at the Sandals in St. Lucia & it was awesome! The hotel took care of EVERYTHING- the bride was never stressed at all.

We're getting married there, specifically Sandals South Coast 10/9/20. We're staying a week. This is has been a 2.5 year process for us. I'll be glad to answer any questions.

We are also going for a week in Barbados 10/16 was our original wedding day. We are already booked so how does the wedding booking go? It says it’s free for any stay longer than 3 nights. We wouldn’t invite anyone else but I still want pictures. We would like to do it on the beach if at all possible.

Yes, your wedding is free. There should be a call from a wedding planner very soon. There are video and photography packages that you can choose from. The Sandals website has great information as far as all the perks included. There's also a Sandals Wedding group on fb that has been a wealth of knowledge for me. Your wedding planner will also answer any questions and even offer suggestions. The most important aspect is making sure that your necessary paperwork (ceritified copies of birth certificates, passports, and divorce decrees, if applicable) is sent in within the time frame. Oh and Congratulations.
