Save-the-date and Contact Info Resource

The Knot has a feature where you send a link to your guests and they have to fill in their information, but you can't order save the dates through them. You'd have to then copy that information over to wherever you plan on getting the save the dates from. I'm not sure if WeddingWire has something similar or not.

That may be an option through weddingwire's create your webpage portal, but I honestly haven't tried it to find out for certain...


I did fill in my cell phone number for myself and then clicked the link to "request missing info" from the guest list tab, but it just generated a link for me to copy and paste into a text message or paste into an email. Not interactive within the app 😔

Once you've added your guests to the guest list you can request contact information such as phone number and home address from your guests with the following steps:

Log in to your WeddingWire account

Hover over ‘Planning Tools’, click ‘Guest List’

Click the blue 'Request missing info' text next to the guest's name

Copy the link provided and paste into the application of your choice to share

Each link is different and specific to the corresponding guest.
