What size should I do our Save the Dates if the photo will take up the entire space? 3.5 x 5, 4.25 x 5.5, or 4.5 x 6.25. Thanks!

I would go with 4.5" x 6.25"!!
The "standard" save-the-date size is 5" x 7", but 4.25" x 6" is also a really popular size!
