If I wasn't sure before, I definitely am now! Unfortunately, my photographer doesn't do video so I'm doing research now to find a videographer in Mexico. I would love to use the same person but she lives in Africa and then I'd have to pay for travel fees since we're having a destination wedding.

My wedding will be in Birmingham, Al. So far we have the venue and caterer booked. We are currently working on narrowing down our photographer, I have selected my top three and are planning for engagement pictures to be done in October. I already have my dress and we are currently speaking with different tux designers for my fiance because he wants a custom suit. We also have who we would want to do our cake in mind as well.

View Quoted Comment You’re moving right along! So far we have the venue, caterer, florist, decor, photographer, and makeup artist. Our cake comes with the venue so I just have to pick the flavors and how I want it. Got my dress last month and my fiancé got his measurements. His tux will be custom as well! Our guys are fancy lol. All I have left is Dj, lighting, and hair and I plan to have that booked by next month.

We have the decorator and dj as well, totally forgot. Our lighting comes with the venue. I also am thinking about using a family friend for hair and makeup.

The family friend would be awesome! I'm a bit torn with that. My family friend that's our hairdresser I would rather him come as a guest and enjoy himself rather than working the day of my wedding. I'm sure I'll figure it out.
