Save the dates

For save the dates we gave one per household to save money and since it’s not a formal invitation more of a heads up about our wedding. For our invitations we will give most people their own, married couples get one invite, we’re giving those who are 18 and up their own invite. Some large households we are giving one invite and others we’ve have decided to give individual ones but that’s for personal reasons.

Typically, one per couple or one per family. In the case of multiple couples/families living in the same house, I would send one per couple/family.

I plan to send one per household unit.


For example, I'll send only one to my brother, SIL, and their kids. But I'll send two individual ones for my friends who are roommates with each other since they are not a couple or family unit.

One save the date per household is a good rule of thumb!

I would do one per household, it'll save you a bunch of money!

One per household/couple and single individuals 18+ get their own. Same with invites.
