Seamstress Stole My Dress - 9 Days Before Wedding :)

Long story short, seamstress stole my wedding dress and either is refusing to answer calls/emails or blocked all of us. Anyways... I have 9 days until I get married. I would love some words of encouragement while I rush to the Bridal Shop or to hear if anyone had this kind of experience so I don't feel like I am a walking Lifetime Movie.

(We are hiring a lawyers and filing police reports)

I’m so sorry this is happening. I can’t even imagine. I would go to the seamstress shop and not leave until I got some answers.

Unfortunately it was a small traveling business that was suggested by my moms friends. It is just a group of ladies under the same name, and I got the rotten apple of the bunch. We found her home address and police will be there shortly. Hopefully that will resolve it and I can get it back if it is not already gone.

Update: Found another beautiful dress. My first dress still has pieces of my heart and is much more of a wow factor though.
We threatened with cops and lawyers and she said "come get your dress".
Pulled up to the house she threw my first dress on the porch! The dress reeks of cigarette smoke, it is torn, dog hair in the ruffles, dust in all the detailing. I get married on Monday, I don't think I will be able to use the first dress
