Season and colors don' t match anyone else?

Did anyone else just pick colors they like even if it didn't match the season you are getting married in? we are getting married in may of 21 and we picked navy burgundy and grey as our colors.

I don't think the season matters at all. Color helps determine the mood of the occasion. I want a very romantic wedding, which luckily matches my two favorite colors. Crimson and royal purple are not colors that tradition would dictate for a summer wedding, but those are my colors for my July wedding. I couldn't be happier!

We’re doing navy, burgundy & wine with a late March wedding. We chose our colors just based off of what we like!

I understand the huge family struggle well, my mom is one of 7 and her mom is one of 14. our colors worked out well this way because i love blue he loves red and gray is a neutral color. ironically we are getting married in Gettysburg. Gettysburg worked well location wise for my family.
