Seating Chart Cardstock

Hannah, on September 23, 2021 at 11:52 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 1 7
I’m trying to figure out where I can print our seating chart 5”x7” cards on cardstock. Everywhere I’ve looked where I can upload the JPG file of my seating chart cards, the minimum quantity I can order for ONE design (e.g. just the table one card) is 20! I just want to be able to print my 10 cards on cardstock somewhere. Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m 8 days out from the wedding so preferably I would like to print them at like a drug store/box store/office supply store photo center.

Do you have a staples near you? If not there might be a smaller print shop around that you can contact.

Contact a local Staples/Office Max to set them up for you with names from a spreadsheet for each card

I already have my designs with the numbers and names on them saved as a JPG file. I just want to find somewhere where I can print those 10 JPG files on cardstock

Any local Staples or Office Max should be able to do that for you

Definitely Staples, but if you have access to a printer you can easily do this yourself! This is just my one-time experience but the people working at Staples just weren't understanding what I needed done (I had 5 different signs in 2 different sizes - needed 1 copy of each sign and they didn't even cut them to the sizes I needed Smiley ups ). I had cardstock and a paper cutter at home (bought from Michaels) and redid them myself - I wish I would've just done them myself from the get-go!

I think that’s what I’m going to do! I’ll just print them myself 🙂

If Staples is not an option, there are independent print shops that specialize in wedding/event stationery. You can do a test run and see if your printer at home is able to work with small pieces
