Look up portrait easels. don't feel limited by "wedding" search terms.
I found an amazing rustic pallette picture frame at Marshall's that said "happiness starts here" and while it's meant for photos, it will make a beautiful place to hang place settings...
try Michael's or Hobby Lobby, they have a large art and framing department.

Ask your photographer if they have any you can borrow or rent. FIL is a photographer (didn't shoot our wedding) and loaned us several. Also check event rental companies in your area. I rented our arch, charges, & card box. I'm pretty sure they had easels.
