Seating Chart Help!

Will you not be confirming with anyone who didn’t send in reply cards? It’s on you and fiancé to call any guests after the reply due date before the deadline for your caterer to call the rest of your invited guests to get an accurate headcount. If you don’t, it will create chaos and doesn’t make you look like a gracious host if you don’t have enough seats and meals for everyone.

I'm sorry but this has nothing to do with what I asked. I just want help with Wedding Wire's seating chart feature.

Over on the left side of the page where your guests are listed, next to where it says Guest, to the right of that you can choose “All” or “Pending.” If you choose Pending, it should just show you people who have accepted and therefore need to be assigned a table.

Is it maybe because you already have everyone assigned to a table? Pending will show you only Accepted, but not yet assigned a table. Once you assign them to a table, they move off the list.
