Seating Chart Link not Working???

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone else had the problem of not being able to access the Seating Chart page? It just keeps referring me back to the guest list and I need to change some seats around.

Hi Yana! You might not have the seating functionality turned on in your Guest List:
- Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List'
- Click the name of the event you’d like to enable a seating chart for
- Click the blue ‘Settings’ link on the right side of the page across from the name of the event
- Click the box next to ‘Create Seating Chart’
- Scroll down and click ‘Save changes’

Then you can hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart' and you'll be able to start adding tables and guests! If you're still having trouble please reach out to our Customer Support Team at help@weddingwire.com.
