Seating Chart Not Working?

Same here. From my experience I have only been able to access that feature from the desktop. Maybe it isn't available on the mobile app?

Its only available on the desktop version..under seating chart, on left hand side there are little table icons to add in tables , size, shape, and how many sitting there, and u can name the table... then the guest list is on the left side of the screen you can drag names to tables to “seat” them... its really not that hard... just know this website is meant more to work on desktop than smart phones

I'm having the same issue and I'm on my desktop. When I click on the seating chart, it takes me to the overview page.

Did anyone find a solution to this? cause... EFFFFF

Hi Shawna! Were you able to start your seating chart??

First you'll need to turn out the seating functionality in your Guest List:

• - Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List'
• - Click the name of the event you’d like to enable a seating chart for
• - Click the blue ‘Settings’ link on the right side of the page across from the name of the event
• - Click the box next to ‘Create Seating Chart’
• - Scroll down and click ‘Save changes’

Then you can hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart' and you'll be able to start adding tables and guests!
