I downloaded this app because I read you could create seating charts, but I can't find that feature anywhere?!

I used it. It may only be available on a computer. I never tried it on the app.

The physical seating chart feature is only available on a computer. You can still assign table numbers to guests on the app if you go to Planning -> Guest List -> Wedding -> Seating Chart

On your phone you'll go to guest list... Then click on the event (wedding, rehearsal dinner, etc) then click seating and you can assign guests one at a time to tables.

*** It may be guest list, seating, then event but I cannot check it and type this at the same time. But the option is available on a phone.
