Seating of the mothers/grandmothers

Our DJ paperwork is asking for what songs we want played for the start of the ceremony. I honestly didn’t know there were so many songs to think about for the ceremony. The bridal party will be walking to an instrumental version of tale as old as time, and I will be walking to Elvis Presley’s I can’t help falling in love with you. What songs did you do for seating of the mothers/grandmothers? How about for the entrance of the groom/officiant/groomsmen?

My FH and is guys will come out to some songs he's selected. Beginning with the moms all the way up to my MOH, they will be walking to one song to keep the flow going. Then my processional will be its own song.

The bridal party and groomsmen can have the same song. I didn't have anything for the officiant but for the groomsmen and bridesmaids and my family and the groom I had em walk to one song I looped twice because it was also just instrumental music.

Just generic prelude music, then song starts for wedding party, and a new song for me. We have a Piper, so it will all blend together anyways... ha

It's better to keep it to no more than 2-3 songs to keep it smooth. We had the same song for the seating of the parents and the entrance of the pastor, groom and groomsman. We then had the same song for the bridal party and the bride. If you wanted your own song that would be fine but I wouldn't add any more songs.
