Second Dress

Omg that dress is beautiful. Usually brides that have a second dress change before the reception start but after the pictures or usually during cocktail hour but your dress is absolutely beautiful

I had debated a second dress, mostly for something super wearable for the reception and because I like two very different styles of wedding dress (traditional, fit and flare, low deep-v neck, low back, lace vs modern high neck, halter, chiffon) but I think I'll probably just wear my ceremony dress all night so I don't have to deal with changing, alterations and accessories for two dresses, and having photos of me in two different dresses. For me two dresses was more about getting to wear two different white/ivory dresses because they aren't really appropriate for most other occasions. I don't think I'd consider wearing a second dress in a color other than the same color as my wedding dress.

I’m not being strict at all about my bridesmaid’s dresses, just requiring them to be floor length and choose from a certain color palate (4-5 color choices) but I AM wearing a second dress for my reception starting at the grand entrance! Had some reasoning for this. Number one I HATE bustles so I was adamant on not bustling my fit and flare ceremony gown. I’m getting my reception gown tailored to floor length so it will be perfect for dancing. First is ceremony and second is reception dress

I had a reception dress and changed after all the formal pictures were done.
