Second Look Dress

I had mine custom made because I had a specific vision in mind and couldn't find it anywhere.

There are tons of options out there though! Anything from purchasing a second wedding dress from a wedding boutique, to buying off the rack at a department store. I've heard of a lot of people having success at Lulus, BHLD, Nordstrom, Macys and Saks.

It sounds like I am having the same problem as you had. I have found many options at the stores that you have listed but nothing that I am visioning. I also don't want to spend a butt load on the 2nd dress as I may or may not change into it. My ceremony gown is quite heavy and may want to change into something more comfortable but on the other hand I may never want to take it off. I just want the option.

Probably just keep it simple. Figure something that is still like a wedding theme but more for an after-party style. Maybe just change at some point if you need to ... but are not upset if you don't change to that outfit later into the reception.

I ended up finding my second dress! I am quite surprised because I found an affordable dress that's gorgeous at a dress store called Windor's. It is floor length, ivory lace and has sparkle!!! I will have my seamstress upgrade the straps ( Im going to use my wedding gowns extra fabric) and add bra cups to it too. With these 2 small upgrades, it will be the most perfect 2nd dress!
