Is there a way to modify one of the web page templates so that guests can let you know what songs they might want to here during the wedding / reception? I tried to modify the survey page and that didn't work.

Yes! I did this for my first wedding.
You go to Edit Website > Pages > New Page > Contact Us
And then the title or page name could be "Song Requests" and just change the description to something asking for song requests!
