Sell Engagement Ring

Sorry to hear that the engagement didn't work out! Did your ex-fiance pay for the ring? If so, I would give the ring back to him. Otherwise, you can try to sell it on Facebook Marketplace, or ask a local jeweler if they buy jewelry and/or if they have recommendations of places you can sell it.

Take it to a local jeweler or a pawn shop - sorry to hear your engagement didn't work out

Oftentimes the jeweler from which the ring was purchased will buy it back. If he got the ring from a local jeweler (ie, not an online shop, etc) I would take it to them to see if they’d be interested in purchasing the ring back and how much they’d give you for it.

Reach out to the place it was bought. They can either buy it back or at least give you an official appraisal which will help you resell at pawn shops or online. So so sorry for you! Sending love

To get the best possible selling price o don't recommend taking it to a jeweler to purchase. I would try to sell it private party. Did you get an appraisal when it was purchased? I will help when selling private party to show all of the specs.


I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. Maybe consider to hold off from selling right of way. Just a lot of emotions happening right now that could fog your mind and possibly make a bad deal when selling.
