Set Up & Take Down

My reception is at this dance hall that is at one of the county parks. It's a gorgeous place but we have to set up chairs and tables all ourselves. We found a company that will rent us linens and etc and they have a set up and take down service that will move the chairs and tables for us. I'm wondering what would the average cost be? For all the linens and set up and take down of everything it would cost us a little under $1000 if we go with them. Is that a lot? or a good deal?

    175 chairs and about 20ish tables and then we got sashes for chairs.. which I don't really like, so my next question is, do i really need sashes on a chair?

    We hired a company that is handling set up & tear down as well as linens and some decor and flowers. They are charging us $300 to set up and tear down tables and chairs for 100 people. I'm in san diego, and other vendors told me that is a great deal. Though I did not get any other estimates.

    Well my linens are around $600 dollars for about 30 tables and then I am setting up myself ( well my family and I are the night before) but then the take down I am paying around $300 and they will take down tables and chairs and pack away all decor and linens for next day pickup. So i feel like that's a good deal Smiley smile

    My linens for tables only is $285 and that is for twelve tables (6 ft), and also sweetheart, cake, gift, and ceremony table. Also includes set up and take down.
