Hey! I am wanting to do shades of blue bridemaids dresses but I am trying to figure out the best way to go about it! Hey! I am wanting to do shades of blue bridemaids dresses but I am trying to figure out the best way to go about it! I picked 4 colors I like from Azazie, I am having 8 bridesmaids, do I do 2 girls per color? Or do I just allow them to pick blue dresses from anywhere? I am feeling so confused and don't know the best way to do about this. So if you have done this successfully before please let me know how!

I think that would be about the only way to pull off letting them get a dress from where, but if you are going to be that specific already you might as well require them to get the dress from the same place even if it is a different style. I would do something like what I have listed below. This way they aren't fighting over who gets what color or that you end up with 5 in one color and 3 in one of each of the other colors. If you don't like the option of assigning them, I would tell them the four colors and that you want two girls in each color and create a showroom within Azazie so they can see who picks what and then they will know if a color is still available or if two girls have already picked a dress in a specific color. I think assigning a color sounds easier though.

Maid of Honor - Dark Navy Blue

    Bridesmaid #1 - Steel Blue

    Bridesmaid #2 - Sky Blue

    Bridesmaid #3 - Neptune

Bridesmaid #4 - Dark Navy Blue

    Bridesmaid #5 - Steel Blue

    Bridesmaid #6 - Sky Blue

    Bridesmaid #7 - Neptune

I’m going to let them pick their own shades and styles. I’m just having my two adult daughters and his adult daughter and they all have different coloring and body shapes. My two don’t look related at all - I’ve got a pale red head and and olive skinned dark dark haired one, and his is very dark haired and pale. Genetics are crazy!

I had 7 girls and had each of them pick a different shade of blue. I researched different shades of blue online and also David’s bridal had a brochure with different shades of blue. I created a group chat where each girl would post the shade of blue they picked and they would send a picture of the dress too. I had many compliments from the guest of how the different shades of blue came together and I was very pleased with it too. I am still waiting for my photos or else I would share a picture.

I would definitely do dresses all from the same place at least that way you can at least know for sure that the colors will go

I think your best bet is to stick with the four colors your chose from Azazie. An just have 2 in each color! This way you still have the different shades but doesn’t look chaotic with drastically different blues
