I have been scouring the internet for the right Shapewear and have tried a few. I am looking for something to help shape my butt without padding. Does that exist? Sorry for the low quality picture. My dress is a sheath gown with a low back.

The shapewear I bought was from leonisa on Amazon and I love it. My sister bought the same style you are talking about. It’s lower which would be good for your dress and it has pads but they are removeable which she did.

Reverse lunges, goblet squats, and running are free shapewear ideas to lift and sculpt. It's been working wonders for me!
