  There isn’t a way to send it directly from WeddingWire to a vendor. You could export it to an excel spreadsheet and email it to them?

  I believe it has to be done on the computer. You'd go to planning tools - guest list - select wedding - select export. It will then give you the option to download the Excel file or print it.
