Hello!! Congratulations on your Engagement🍾♥️😊 I got engaged last year at our annual Christmas party we throw with our friends. I was convinced we were playing blind folded beer pong. We got the table set up and there was supposed to be beer or maybe not beer in the cups lol whatever your ball landed in you had to drink- I had to go first and when I took my blue folds off she was on one knee with the prettiest ring— a little rewind: earlier that night I thought she was about to propose cuz she stood on the steps and made an announcement but it ended up being a joke 😂😂😂 (we’re that couple that’s allies joking and laughing) so when she was on one knew or took me 2 looks to realize what was happening🤣🥰I was so busy being competitive, plus we’ve had a few drinks but this time😂😂 but it was so perfect everyone already knew what was going on

We needed that extra time to plan and save 💪🏽So I’m hoping this year does us good enough to be fully prepared for next July 🙏🏽🙌🏽

It was almost paid off but luckily after talking to our venue and vendors, they're honor our contract so we want to make sure we can stick within a year of postponement so we don't lose out on any money. Hello Everyone my name is Jasmine. My fiancé proposed to me 12/24/2020. Rewind back to earlier in Feb 2020 my best friend needed help picking out a ring for her husband so she asked if I would tag along and help her out. Whole time this was a plan to get my ring size lol. We looked around at wedding bands and things she liked I liked and she reported it back to my fiancé. Leading up to the engagement we watched think like a man too, I said to him when we get marr- he instantly stopped me and said “you know I haven’t really been feeling the whole married thing, maybe someday I’ll feel differently but I’m not looking to get married” my heart sank I was sad lol and then I said ok maybe few years from now he will change his mind. I soon caught Covid and he was so upset a bit sad I had no idea why he was so upset i mean of course he didn’t want me to be sick but Secretly he had this brunch planned for the proposal and now couldn’t have it so he switch things up. I got better by 12/20.
He said he wanted to take our son to see the lights 12-24, we do this every year so nothing seemed out of the ordinary the day comes and
It’s cold 🥶 freezing cold I said please can we go another day he’s like no it’s Milwaukee it’s always cold lol plus the snow makes it fun. Meanwhile I’m so annoyed it’s cold I hate the cold he knows this lol we arrived at cathedral square to look at the Christmas lights. I looked away for a second admiring the lights and complaining about the cold just to turn around and see him down on one knee, I cried like a baby and said sorry forComplaining I was so excited, out of nowhere my entire family came from behind the tree yelling congratulations hugs and love everywhere I cried all night happy tears.
I told him years ago that I wanted a simpleProposal nothing big, invite family if you can if not no big deal. He remembered which meantHe listened too me when I thought he really wasn’t. It was so beautiful
