Shoe struggle!!

Rachel, on January 31, 2020 at 3:32 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 10
I have been on the hunt for what shoes I want to wear, and it has been a struggle! I definitely did not want to wear heals, and honestly just wanted some simple sandals with no jewels or anything. I found these for super cheap at target, and it was the closest thing to what I was looking for, but now I’m second guessing myself, that they’re too casual. What do y’all think?? Do they go okay with the dress? I’m not really planning on them being seen but I still don’t want to cheap out if they don’t look good with a wedding dress.Shoe struggle!! 1

Personally, I think they are too plain for the dress! But if they are not seen no biggie. Depends also on how dressed up you plan on being in comparison to what you do day to day.

They will barely be seen so wear what you want. Personally I love the those sparkly Kate spade keds.

As pp said, they are barely going to be seen. so whatever you end up going with, i say go with comfort.

All eyes will be on your dress, not your feet. The sandals are super cute and can be worn after the wedding too. I would definitely go for comfort.

Personally, I think they’re too casual, and I’m not a fan of the color with the white dress! That’s just me though. From what you show, your dress looks gorgeous! I’d say try to find a comfy shoe that still compliments your dress. Those sandals look too bulky for your dress. Maybe try finding a sandal with a more delicate strap? In the end, it’s up to you, but that’s my honest opinion!

Your dress doesn't look poufy which means your feet will show a bit when you walk. I say buy something else. I would go with something like this:

Still casual but less distractingShoe struggle!! 2

I think they are a bit plain for a wedding. I wore a cute pair of flat sandals that I got cheap on amazon. Shoe struggle!! 3

I think they are a little too plain as well. You could always wear those for the reception, but I would go with something a little more dressy for the ceremony.

I'm planning on wearing a pair of white sneakers. Not Keds, not Converse, not Toms, sneakers. Yeezy's to be specific. It's your wedding day, wear what you think you'll be comfortable in. I like the sandals you've chosen and they can always be worn again. (I think its absolutely stupid to pay an outrageous amount of money on shoes you'll wear once) If they can't be seen, who cares what's on your feet?

Thats actually what was putting me off about them. The dress looks so elegant and gentle and the wide straps on the shoes r sort of too much
And someone said w a dress that's not puffy they will show
