Shoes for reception.

I am just wearing some white flip flops from Old Navy...Comfort was my main concern here! LOL! I think that you would be fine in flats no big deal. You should wear what is comfy for you! :-)

I think you should have comfy shoes available if only to wear for a few minutes to reset your feet if they start to hurt. I have a hard time standing for long even in sneakers so I got low heels which I will probably trade for custom sneaks at some point after dinner- I'm having the wedding date embroidered on the back- makeminered.com.

You could always do wedge flip flops! They have them at Old Navy in several colors. It'd give you the height you want, but the comfort that you NEED!

Wedge blinged out flip flops are a must at the reception... they also take cute bridals! :- )

I'm doing a white-satin slipper if my heels start to hurt my feet during the reception.

I was thinking about flip flops, but my feet are always freezing, so slippers are a better choice for me!

Thanks! They're comfy and I can wear them again LoL They're Isotoner brand, and I got them at Kohls for like $15 I think.

I am trying to find more of a wedge ballet flat type shoe. I don't want to wear flip flops because I can't dance in them and I need some sort of heel so my dress won't drag all over the place. My ceremony shoes are the heels and then I really want the flats that I posted because they are pretty much identical to the others! I don't know who would even notice that I changed shoes, but they are double my price range so I am waiting for a sale!

I'm also worried about height. Im thinking about wearing these...I know they're odd, but I figure since FH and I are both trainers, it's kinda cute.

The heels I got at Charlotte rouse around Christmas time and then the flats are at DSW.

I am not sure exactly what I am going to do yet, but I am thinking of ballerina type slippers or sandles. I am going to wear flat dress shoes with my gown because FH is only a few inches taller then me, but I still want to be super comfortable during the reception.
