You can't go wrong with a neutral like nude. It's also more likely that your girls may already have an appropriate neutral colored shoe in their closest. Also, given the length of the dresses, no one will see the shoes anyway.

You could do a nude/beige color shoe!

I agree a nude would look nice! or a metallic - either gold or silver? Or even picking out one of the other colours in the wedding palette could work? Like I can imagine this with a really dark green or a navy - I think as long as they're all consistent any of those options would look nice.

My first thought was nude but gold would look nice as well. Your bridesmaids are just probably hoping they are comfortable to wear for the whole day whatever colour they are
