Short hair and a veil?

I think birdcage veils and fascinators are amazing with shorter hair and one would go really beautifully with that amazing dress.

I've got the same problem, OP! My FMIL will be doing my hair, we did a trial and decided a veil or even a birdcage veil just isn't for me. However, I have a pixie cut, much shorter than yours. I think you would look good with a birdcage veil!

I have a pixie cut and wanted a traditional veil. I think it looks good. I say wear what YOU want to wear!

@klaudia I came from a pixie that I can't help but miss now and again. I think I'll try a few things, by what I really took away from your post was doing a trial. Definitely what will help me decide.

Have you tried wearing the veil higher, like it's attached to a headband? It's a totally different look than putting it in the back.

Thanks Natalie C! It's a gorgeous veil with similar edging to the dress. And it does make me feel especially "bridal." Just decisions I didn't think about.

I love your hair and dress! Have you tried on different types of veils with the dress? If you don't like the birdcage look, what about a fingertip veil? It's a little less dramatic and I think would look great
