Should i add more to my centerpiece?

Michelle, on January 27, 2020 at 6:28 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 16
Finally got all my centerpiece items! These flowers are NOT my wedding colors but just an idea of how the style would look. My colors are burgundy and navy with gold and blush accents. Florist will make the flowers blush, burgundy, white, and try to find some navy flower...

Anyway, here’s the look. Table will be circular seating 10. My mom thinks it needs petals or something surrounding lol I think it looks fine and once you have all the silverware it’ll look more full. Thoughts?
Also suggestions on table cloth? I am thinking a dark navy blue if I can’t figure out how to incorporate blue...or just go with a blush pink. I think that it might match the reception room better although they can make the lighting any color. See below for photos of the room.

I think they look great! You will have so much flatware on the table and peoples belongings that getting something extra like petals isn’t needed. I would go with navy table clothes we were just talking with out linens lady and darker colors show less stains and wrinkles. It would also tie in the navy better because it might be hard for your florist to find such a dark blue flower. Hope that helps! It looks beautiful!

I think that looks perfect and like you were saying with all the silverware it will feel a lot more full. I personally think the navy blue would be beautiful and a great way to incorporate that color since the fresh flowers might not come in navy blue.

I think it looks great as is! Agree that with everything else going on with the table that you don’t need anything else. Navy cloth could be nice, or you could go with blush and blue napkins, or vice versa. Depends on how much color you want in the room. I personally like lighter color tablecloths, but it’s all personal preference.

I think I like the lighter cloths as well. Maybe I’ll do navy napkins or table runner! Thanks everyone 😊

Table runner would be a great idea! It will give the table a bit more depth, without making it seem crowded Smiley smile

I got this from Kroger! I forgot the exact details but it was within this range

Bridal bouquet: $50-80 (depending on the number of flowers and greenery)
    Bridesmaid bouquet: $35-45
    Boutonnieres: $9
Throw bouquet: $10 (much smaller than actual bride)
Centerpiece floral: This got me excited. I think it was like $20-22 but she split the flowers which becomes enough for TWO centerpieces so really it was like $10-12.

I forgot the price on the vases. I think it was like $5 each.
    .
Talk about a steal, I heard people were paying $1,000+! I have a big bridal party and about 15 tables, so it's going to be somewhere between $550-700 I'm guessing.
