Should i be this upset?

I’m extremely irritated. My husband isn’t feeling well and before he got to this point I told him to make sure he takes his medicine. He asked me to get him some food when I got off. I got off and got some groceries so make what he asked for. Usually it takes me 35 minutes to get home but today it took 45. He is so furious about how long it took he won’t talk to me. It irritates me because I don’t understand the big deal. It seems so small to me but it’s huge to him. He won’t even talk to me. I feel like telling him how I feel but I know if I do right now he will say I’m being inconsiderate because he is sick. How do I go about this?
