So in May I said yes to the dress. Now I'm starting to have some regrets and second-guess the dress. what do you all think of the dress? Also, The color of the buttons is throwing me off I was considering changing them to ivory what do you think?

I think you'll be much happier once it's altered to fit your body

The mesh is likely needed to allow the dress to stay on properly. If you replace with solid mesh without buttons, can you get the dress on and off?

I like the buttons but would change them to ivory bc to me the nude buttons kind of look like a spine?

Ditch the buttons or go for ivory. I like the illusion back, but feel like the buttons need to stand out for it to work.

I do like the ivory buttons. But maybe that's because my dress is made with ivory buttons. Either way it will look great. Keep the mesh, do what you want with the buttons. It will look great either way!

I think that removing the buttons or removing the buttons and nude fabric would look best. If you like the nude fabric, I would definitely change the buttons to ivory.

I love the nude mesh and the nude buttons. But if you must change them, the white or iivory buttons will work too.

I think ivory buttons on the mesh would be weird.

This is my dress as well! I'm getting married in two days! Eek! I have to say, the dress is so gorgeous and it's fine as is. I'm happy to email you some professional pictures once I have my wedding but it's gorgeous. I wouldn't change a thing.

I agree with the open back. It's beautiful, just take out the nude buttons and mesh

I agree with PP's, however, I'm not sure the material would lay as flat without some kind of fabric to keep the back taut. If the buttons were smaller and delicate, you might not be so thrown off. Regardless of what you decide, it is still a lovely dress though.

I like the buttons, but I'm biased since I added buttons to my dress. I'd replace them with ivory though. I think I prefer the illusion back to the idea of an open back myself, especially since the neckline is plunging.

You cannot remove the mesh from the back of that dress, the whole rest of the front and sides will not lay right. We had to cut out a huge chunk of the back of my dress and it just didn't look right on my wedding day, even after taping the entire thing to my body.

I think this would look better with ivory buttons. The nude buttons look weird to me.

That's a beautiful dress!!! I definitely like the ideas of an open back or changing the buttons to ivory!
