Should registry automatically update/refresh?

Hi,I imported a registry from Amazon but Wedding Wire only shows the items that were on the list at the time of import (i've added more items since import). How do i get Wedding Wire to update the list? Is there some type of refresh or do I need to delete the current list and re-import it?

I was told by tech support that I had to delete my registry and add it again.
