Show me your.....Cake Stand!

This is ours, it's so beautiful! We're renting it from the event company that is doing all our linens, decor and floral.

@Summer Shut the front door, your cake stand is amazing! Love it! @VMDIZZLE thats such a smart idea. I wonder if I can DIY my stand and make it exactly what I want! I seriously might do that! Was it hard to stain?

Mine is the feather cake stand in the middle. Instead of buying if from Etsy for a whopping $299...I bought a few feather boas and am going to craft it myself.

@MoSunshine whats the base that you will attach the feathers. I'm thinking of trying to DIY it but I need a base to start.

Neither had we. Our friend made the cake, it was a TOTAL surprise.

@beauty of dreams. Right now I am thinking a hat box that I will put weights in so it doesn't collapse.

We rented ours for $40 and got $20 back once we returned it.
