Show me your church pew decorations!

We're doing something similar to the photos below. We'll have little balls of baby's breath with a couple of lavender roses in them and purple satin ribbon. Keeping it simple but pretty.

The baby's breath is beautiful! I'm considering something like that too!

I know I want shepard hooks but I also like the ribbon/tulle on the chairs

This is essentially what we're doing. The hooks will be inserted into the ground rather than in a pot and the flowers will be cream and blush colored. I bought the chandeliers off Amazon and the hooks at Hobby Lobby.

We're doing those giant pots of mums that come out late August/early September.

Also, here's how they can look on our church pews. The first photos are the inspiration for ours and the photos below are of how they will probably be placed on the pews. Either tied on with the ribbon or with a hook.

@Victoria, it's more cost effective to use baby's breath too! Our florist suggested white hydrangeas too for the same price range.

I love the ribbons and babys breath idea- I am having an inside wedding so I will likely do that -- i also was thinking about having 5x7 or 8x10 pictures of me and my fiance growing up printed to hang from the flowers on the pews!

@LSC_sf thanks I was thinking that the flowers should be in some kind

of holder or cone or coming out of a big bow or something, but just

a simple tie around the stems does look great.

I may do white hydrangeas as those will be on my alter. Just need

the pew hooks.. I don't think a ribbon tied around the end of the pew

would stay on. Oh, and also, I'm doing lavender roses in my bouquet

so it would be great to incorporate those into the pew flowers, just

have to see what it would cost -- trying not to spend much on these,

it's more an afterthought for me!
