Show me your "fake" ring

I have two fake rings! One is a Qalo silicone ring for the lake, the gym, and vacations. And this one for daily wear when my ring is getting fixed or cleaned:

Idk if it's what you mean by fake but I recently got a pack of silicon rings off of Amazon for beach/ working out because I realized how naked I feel without it on lol ETA: I only ever wear the silver one.

That's an interesting idea. But I hardly think it's necessary. The only time I'm not wearing my ring is at the gym and that's not worth switching. I'll just take it off if I'm somewhere where it's not quite appropriate.

I have the same silicone rings as @A.Magill.in.May

I only use them for working out.

I wore my real e-ring and wedding band on my European honeymoon with no issues. Our last stop was Majorca where we spent basically the entire time swimming in the ocean and pool. Still didn't take my rings off.

I plan on buying a Qalo ring or something like it. I'm a gym rat and I'd really like something to wear when I'm there.

I have a Qalo I wear working outside, and then I have a fake ring that looks like a real one for when I don't want to travel with my ring

Get a plain gold band.

I bought this set on Amazon for $40. It is sterling and CZs. I wear it because I like it.

I only have a "fake" ring because FH proposed with it because he didn't want to buy any diamonds until he knew exactly what I wanted. I have a moissanite stone with a band with smaller stones. I feel bad calling it a "fake ring" because I understand a few women chose this kind as their forever ring and I do not mean anything by saying that. Since I got my engagement ring, I haven't worn the moissanite at all. I don't wear my ring when I'm at the gym, beach, cleaning, or swimming. And FH is more than okay with that so we didn't opt to get silicone bands. Depending on where we go for vacation, I will wear the moissanite if it's shady or if there will be lots of activities requiring me to be ringless.

I don't see the point in a fake ring. If there is a situation where you can't or don't want to wear your ring, then wear no ring at all.

Love mine! I wanted a ring, but I would lose my head had it not be connected! So, this is what we decided, get real bands and fake diamonds, then when I was ready to upgrade, we could!

I have the same silicone rings too! Except a pink one instead of purple lol. I don't have a mock gemstone ring though

24k - I can understand that. But I like options. I don't have super sentimental attachment to items, though. I love my e-ring, I picked it out! I will likely wear it most of the time. But it's a totally different style/ look than my sterling set. I think it's all about personalities/ lifestyles and what works for an individual. Also, my mom has multiple rings, as she has upgraded over the years. She likes options, too.

I can understand why people buy fake rings. I wouldn't want to bring my ring on a camping trip or swimming or whatnot but for me, a plain rhinestone band would do just fine.

I don't have a fake ring. But I never wear mine in any body of water. My mom lost her wedding ring on a float trip last year. So if I'm going in a pool, ocean, lake, river etc I don't wear it.

Just a simple silicon ring- didn't even go with Qalo because I think they're overpriced. Amazon has so many. I use it when working out!

I don't get the fake rings either. You aren't any less engaged when you aren't wearing the ring. Just put it on when you get back from your trip or swimming or the gym.

My WF didn't want a traditional engagement ring with a diamond so I got her a silicon band to wear during our engagement. Then we will get her a wedding band for the wedding.
