I constantly have people telling me how beautiful my ring is but they always give me strange looks when I tell them it's my engagement ring. I think I love mine more because she's not traditional.

Mine is a very light pink sapphire with rose gold (the band and halo are diamonds though) I got it from an etsy shop that is from canada, i was so nervous about it! right when i got it i took it to a jeweler where i live to make sure it was real! lol

My engagement ring is an emerald. I'd wondered if it would look like an engagement ring but several people have had no trouble picking it out as such, even total strangers.

My only problem is finding a wedding band to go with it...

Rose gold with morganite and I couldn't love it any more than I already do
