OP, yours looks similar to mine. It is still in transit from Ukraine and I’m waiting impatiently. I got it in gold and our initials are S&N.

Mine is one I got at Walmart “All you need is love” however we both like Lucy and Ricky and have figurines of the iconic couple, wondering if we could also add those too ... I’m by no means a red head tho
