Shower registry vs. wedding registry

I just noticed on my registry site on Bed Bath and Beyond that it allows me to make multiple registries from the same account... should I be making separate registries, one for my bridal shower and one for the wedding? Not sure if this is a thing or not, or if it's something I should do!

    I've never heard of two, I'd just do one for both! Maybe it means wedding registry now then baby shower later but still same account, or something?

    Ah yeah that's probably true! I was just wondering if making separate registries was something I missed somehow haha

    I would stick with one. I've never heard of doing separate bridal and wedding registries.

    I have a zola registry that only has cash funds on it and a Amazon registry for household goods. I figure most of the household goods will be purchased for the bridal shower and the cash funds will probably see more action for the wedding.

    People do 2 all the time, I made one for the wedding & one for our shower.
