My church is throwing me a bridal shower, but my moms friends also want to throw me a shower. We have a couples shower that my fiancé’s family is throwing, so I need ideas on what kind of shower my moms friends can throw! I don’t want 2 bridal showers, because that’s excessive. I considered lingerie , or honeymoon but I’m not sold. What ideas do y’all have?

    Maybe a recipe shower? Instead of gifts, they bring their favorite recipes.

    One of my bridesmaids threw me a date night shower. Everyone brought gifts we could use on/for a date night. Everyone also wrote down date night ideas & filled a jar with them so we can pick ideas out of the jar throughout our first year of marriage.

    I've seen kitchen showers, date night shower (everything from lingerie to restaurant gift cards to recipes for at home cooking). Stock the bar party is popular too!
