Shutterfly for Guest Book?

GoneAndMarried, on January 12, 2015 at 11:48 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 8

So, I have about 7 or 8 of those $20 Shutterfly promo code cards, which I found out cannot be combined with any other promo code including free shipping. Last year, I feel like there were always posts about free guest book codes, or sales on the photo books. Does anyone else recall this? Is it similar, where the sale is really not an actual sale but requires a promo code to get the sale price, not combinable with anything else including free shipping?

My sister is a new photographer and uses shutterfly to make photo books of her work. She uses several codes at once, including free shipping to get a big discount. So It may just be the $20 cards that don't allow any other promo codes.

Oh! Awesome, thanks for the heads up. I keep getting these $20 promo codes from everywhere. I have received 3 from The Knot Shop, 1 from Davids Bridal, 1 from Best Buy, 1 from Joann and several from email. I will try something else.

I saw a friend on FB who got married and I LOVED her alternative guest book idea! She got a personalized puzzle (used an engagement picture) from Shutterfly, then went to Michael's and had the puzzle framed with room around for guests to sign! She also said it was fun to put the puzzle together with her FH!

I use shutterfly often and always use multiple promo codes. If that particular $20 code can't be combined you are probably better off not using it and just combining other codes. I would recommend signing up for their email, they send out promo codes and sales frequently. I have gotten many free photo books that way. Although for my guestbook I will likely pay more to get the upgrades rather than just the free book.

I made my guest book using shutterfly. On Facebook it had an offer to get a free shutterfly book and I used it for my gueat book. I just paid shipping which was 6. I took all my engagement photos and used them in the book. It is so cute. I love it.

Okay so it must just be these stupid $20 cards that are a problem. Anytime I try and add another code, it removed the $20

I made a Shutterfly photo book for my guest book and I love it!

Are you planning on making it soon? I have a promo code for a free 8x8 photo book (pay a little bit more for bigger sizes) but it expires on Wednesday. I won't use it, so let me know if you want it!
