Shutterfly’s free invitation samples?

I saw on their website they offer a code where you can order 5 different invitations for free to get samples. I saw some limitations like they have to be 5x7, no foil stamped or glitter, no special additions to the envelope, etc. So I spent hours choosing and personalizing and when I finally put in the code only one of my invitations was free? I’ve been staring at my cart for 30 minutes trying to figure out what’s different about that one invite but I don’t understand! Anyone have any insight?

It’s very specific on the types of invitations that are free. I used the code for my 5 free ones at the beginning of the year. I kept trying different invitations until it said $0. It’s pretty much the basic ones

When I ordered samples from Shutterfly I received 5 different invitation samples with matching envelopes. They also allowed me to get ones with foil (which we ended up choosing!). Maybe reach out to their CS?
