I am having such a hard time finding decent priced transportation for our out of town guests! The hotel with a room block is only 1.5 miles from the venue, and will only need one 1-way from the hotel to the venue at 4pm, then shuttle service from 9pm-11pm from the venue to the hotel. Everywhere I've found has a 5-hour minimum starting around $600 (which is crazy since there will be so much down time!).
Even searching for JUST the one-way at 4pm, companies want to charge $500! Is there another search term I should be trying? (Most of the guests staying at the hotel will have children, so Lyft won't be great for them since they require car seats. We will be setting up a Lyft code for the in-town guests though.)
