Side-swept Pony - Veil Position?

I have my hair and makeup trial on Sunday. My FH doesn’t like updos. I was originally going to do half up/half down but the back of my dress is so pretty and I don’t want to cover it up. I’ve decided to try a loosely-gathered, curly, side-swept pony like in the pictures....but how do you wear a veil when you have your hair off to the side like that? I’m assuming we’ll just position it in the middle of my head, towards the top, but will it look ok? Or will it look odd and out of place?

I WISH that was my hair! Those are just inspo pics. I did buy hair extensions to make it thicker though. I like the pictures you found though. I guess the veil doesn’t look too out of place if it’s positioned high enough.

Those inspo pics are pretty so I'm sure it would be so pretty on you. Also you could always do both hairstyles. The back of my dress was nice too and so I had considered doing up for ceremony and down for reception
